Why do pills general say take in the morning ?

i am taking memory pills that say take in the morning is it bad if i take them anyother time?

its bad if you take them at all, are they really working.

Normally recommended in the morning so you won't miss out that 12 hour window. Eg. If your normal dosing time is 8 am but somehow you forget to take it that time and remember by the afternoon. Its efficacy still stands if you take it within 12 hours (before 8.pm). Say you take it at night time, but if you do forget about it and by the morning it's already 10 hours passed.

It is probably recommended because they are supposed to work while you are up and running....I would take them in the morning to achieve the desired results---some pills do give the desired results if we don't follow the instructions on how to dose them.....
