Pillow talk?

what's the best kind of pillow for side sleepers? i like to sleep with my arm under my pill, but my pillow is old, like 15-20 yrs at least, so it isn't comfortable. i am more comfortable sleeping on my bare arm than with the pillow, but then my ear sticks to my arm. i have tried various new pillows but haven't found a good one. any suggestions on either brands or firmness levels. i hate feather pillows, so it will have to be down or memory foam or something, the feathers poking me drive me nuts. thanks all!

I love memory foam. I also had a pregnancy pillow that was great for side sleeping. I can't remember the name of it, but you can search "pregnancy pillow" on eBay to find the name of it. It was "U" shaped and it was great!
