Pills + Book = question?

Hey im writing a book and i have a patient that needs to be given something for the pain but something to hlep her sleep because she had really really bad nighmares from the semi accident.... does anyone have any idea if you can what you can mix. the only sleepig pill that comes to mind is ambien so i dont know what do do?

There arn't any medications that take away night mares. That is more of a behavorial type thing. Ambien will help your character sleep, but may not get rid of the night mares.

You can mix Ambien with Vicodin, which is a heavy pain pill.
