  1. pills for what be more specific if you talking about diet pills dont use them unless your over 30 because they s***w up your growth alotttttttttt it sucks

  2. If you want to lose weight, all you need is eat good and nutritious food. Drink plenty of water and exercise daily. Do cardio(walking, running, etc) for like 20 minutes or so regularly.

    Weight loss pills?

-they only make your wallet lighter.

  3. water balance pills help to stabilise your water weight throughout the month, but my experience is that they mess up your system.  i'd advise not taking any pills other than a vitamin supplement because ultimately you'll just be loading up your system with junk it has to depend on.

  4. pills will just make you a pill popper, now do you want to be labeled as a pill popper?

  5.   Avoid pills at all costs.  Taking the easy way out will damage your body and eventually end in failure as the little weight you lost comes back rapidly.

Exercise,  and I mean a lot.  eat a lot of vegitables, no dressing, raw.  Use an eliptical, or much much better, swim as much as you can, ferociously, for a few hours every weekday.  Your weight will drop like a stone.  I mean serious rapid unprecidented weight loss.  Also, women are often afraid to weight train.  Absolutely do not be afraid of weights.  Anything you can lift (repititions) more than 8 times in a single set will NOT make your muscles big and man like.  But it will increase their metabolism and make you burn hundreds of calories more per day, even while sleeping, equating to a few pounds of extra weight loss a month.  Weights will tone and shape your body to perfect s**y curves.  Chest exercises will NOT reduce the size of your b*****s more than general weight loss alone, they will however, tone the muscles underneath and likely make them appear bigger if you are interested.

  6. Don't use pills they are a waste of money and a waste of time.

If you're prepared to fork out money for pills, why not hire a trainer.. they are great for motivation and really push you to your peak fitness level!

Start with 3-4 cardio sessions and 1-2 weight sessions a week and gradually increase your resistance and levels.

Like on the treadmill... try interval training: where you jog for a minute, walk for 2 minutes, jog for a minute and repeat etc... then when you feel you're ready increase your running to a minute and a half and walking to only 1 minute ETC

  7. brisk walk an hour daily

  8. What is your reason for wanting to be thin? I would say do not take pills unless you are morbidly obese and seriously need them or you will die soon.

I like pilates best. They're pretty hard but very relaxing in my opinion.
