Pilots course in India will cost about 10 Lakh rupees and will probably take you a long time to get - thanks to poor infrastructure at flight schools. The best thing to do would be to go to USA or Australia. You can be done in 6 months and the quality of training is way better than in India. Australia is more expensive than USA but quality is good and conversion process to DGCA license is easier.

To obtain commercial pilot in India, it will cost around 16 to 18 lacs with private flight schools. With flying clubs, it will be little cheaper (14- 15 lacs).  It may take up to two years due to limited resources such as instructors and airplane. Yes there is a country called India and you can obtain a pilot's license there..........
