Pilot licenes?

What do I have to do to get an early start to get a pilot licenes and by the way i am 14. But i wanna get my licenes. And i after the i wanna be a pilot for an airline. So if you have any idea please tell me. I really want to be this.

You can get a glider pilot's license at 14. In the US I would join the Civil Air Patrol, which takes cadets as young as 12.
