Okay, so I used my stove like 2 hours ago, and it was fine.. i tried it again a couple minutes ago and it wont light, and all i smell is gas. I tried to light my pilot lights again, but they wont light, and there is still a faint smell of gas, I did try to go outside and turn my propane tanks off, but i couldnt find my valve to turn it off, and i was just wondering if its okay to leave overnight and worry about it in the morning considering its 2 am.

  1. You have to turn it off, the propane company you buy from likely has 24hr emergency service, call them now! Propane is a heavy gas if it gets to your hot water heater pilot light or your thermostat you could even turn on a lamp and blow up your house!

  2. you really need to turn it off ............alot of times when you are close to running out of gas it will smell and maybe thats why you cant lite your pilot light.
