  1. Here is a picture of a B-737-500 oxygen mask for the CA & FO.  Scroll down to the picture labeled "CA sidewall and tiller" on the left side. The red buttons you squeeze together and out pops an oxygen mask. They are a lot of fun for the inexperienced to stow back in their proper position. Also on the right side is the FO's mask labeled "FO's sidewall."

This is the new type of oxygen mask. The old type hung behind the pilot about shoulder height. I could not find a picture of those types.

  2. Yes,they have.

it is locket on pilot's head.

it is very easy to turn out it.

  3. In modern jet airliners, there are oxygen masks for the flight crew, out in plain sight and off to one side.  You are responsible for grabbing it if you need it.  When one pilot leaves his or her seat, the other is required to wear the oxygen mask, though it is not turned on unless needed.

  4. Some stow in the outboard side consoles. Eros masks do anyway.

  5. Over head.

  6. In my plane they are located in the console off to the side of the plane.   Essentially right next to the armrest.  They are always close at hand and can be donned in seconds.  We are required to use them whenever one of us leaves to cockpit (to answer nature's call for example) or in other specific situations.

  7. they are located to the side of the pilot.

there are to switches overhead to put them there - and they donot automatically deploy

  8. yes.. they are located over their heads for easy access
