Pimple behind ear?.........?

my little sister who is 1.got her ears prieced on july 8 2008,now theres a big ugly white pimple behind her ear,,what should we do?..is it infected?..should we take it out since its already been 6 weeks?

well ito find out if its infected, i would suggest asking a doctor instead of asking people on here. i have a blackhead in my ear and i have no i dea how to get rid of it. so if anyone could help me, thanks
