Pimple on lower back?

It all started on Friday, It was really hot outside and I was sweaty.. and as I got home I felt this itch, on my back So I scratched it and felt a small pimple. So I ran to the bathroom, and put some alcohol on it and after that I didn't do nothing to it. Then later on it began to hurt a bit and now it hurts when I lay on my back and its kinda big, its like a lump but mixed with a pimple but it does not have a white head. I showed my mom and she said it looked like a popped pimple already. But its still big. What is this?

Yeah, it's a pimple.

yes it a pimple and sometimes when you pop a pimple you dont get all the crud out. so if you try to pop it again and theirs some clear puss that comes out than that means that their is still some white stuff inside.
