Pimple or not a Pimple...Thats the question!?

This is the 2nd time i have had what i believe is a pimple on the side of my chin. It is huge, red, hard, and it hurts. I have had it in the same place before and it NEVER gets a head to pop it. I have tried everything! Using a hot rag, pushing, pimple cream, toothpaste, tons of different face washes and nothing seems to get rid of it. Last time it took about a whole month to go completely away. Could it be something other than a pimple since it never comes to a head? What do I do?

It could be a boil.  You should go to a dermatologist.

try using some kind of an ointment that helps dissolve the pimple, it would take time, but i would go over the counter store and buy it from there. you can ask the pharmacist so he or she can assist

It's probably a blind pimple. They don't get a head. You just have to squeeze it until it pops. I get the same re-occuring thing on my upper lip. If you pop it, it goes away much faster. Good luck!
