  1. Omg kim! Use what i use! go to acne.org and buy neutrogena on the spot and put a lot on your nose at night and in 2 days hopefully they are gone.

  2. i have the same problem... i barely ever get pimples but when i do its always on my nose! =/

  3. It can be from hormones or something you ate, you should try neutrogena skin id

  4. don try ANYTHING, just go to a dermatologist, its the best thing you can do, trust me

  5. Soap and water works the best.

  6. Make sure you NEVER! pop it it will cause bruising or scarring.. Try a piece of ice. This reduces swelling and redness, and also makes it to where you are not able to see the pimple nearly as well.

Drink lots and lots of water. Water helps the skin to remove toxins that may cause acne. Also try using lemon juice to wash your face.

If you have honey and cinnamon then make a mixture of 1 ½ tablespoons of honey and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply to face before going to bed. Wash it off in the morning. This may help to dry out a pimple. (Honey and Cinnamon have been linked to many different home remedies for many different ailments)

    another thing is

    Things You'll Need

    - 3 or more cotton balls

    - Lukewarm tap water

    - Cup to hold the water in

    - Salt

    1. Salt the water thoroughly -- much more than you think it needs.

    2. Dip one cotton ball in the salt water.

    3. Wait for 30 - 60 seconds.

    4. Squeeze out excess water out until it is damp, but not dripping.

    5. Place the damp cotton ball over your large zit. If you have several of these grouped together, try to place the cotton ball over them all.

    6. Glance at your watch/clock. Wait exactly three minutes.

    7. Remove the cotton ball after the time is up. The zit seems to be nearly gone, but it is only the top that has dissolved. Your acne is still there.

    8. Take the other two cotton balls and place them on either side of the despised pimple.

    9. Slowly, move them closer together until the tiny bump is flattened. Congrats! You've just conquered that giant of a pimple -- forever!

    10. Apply honey on the infected area & go to sleep!!

I didnt actually write that someone else told me but it works!

  7. wash all affected areas with PLAIN WHITE toothpaste......not any whitening or extra fluorine or whatever special kind...this works every time i have a zit....

  8. All you need is rubbing alcohol, forget the expensive products with fancy names and packaging!

grab a piece or two of toliet tissue, ball it up, and dab it with rubbing alcohol.  apply it to all of your nose and then wait 8 hours.  if it is still bad, and not turning red, apply again.  it works wonders for me...

  9. Clinique used to offer a product that worked beautifully - it was essentially a vial of alcohol and witch hazel that you uncapped and dabbed on the pimple 4-8 times a day to dry it up. It was a slender vial that you could fit in a purse or other bag.

I took that idea and now, whenever I see a red spot that I know will turn into a pimple, dab some alcohol on it. I use a Q-tip so I don't get alcohol (which is so drying) onto a larger area than necessary.

Use the 91% alcohol, not the 70%. A little more expensive and a little harder to find, but you can probably get in any pharmacy.

Really works beautifully, and doesn't cost much. Usually I can tell by the next day that the soon-to-be pimple has completely disappeared. Won't be as effective if the pimple becomes full-blown, however.

Another product that my dermatologist recommended, that pharmacies usually carry in the pharmacy dept. rather than out on the shelf: AquaGlycolic astringent. Not the cream or lotion. white.

You take a cotton ball and smooth over your face 1 or 2 times a day, right after you wash your face. The way it works is by sloughing off dead skin cells faster - in some people (like me, and perhaps you), those cells aren't sloughed off as quickly as they should be, and pimples result.

Don't wash your face/nose too much - if your skin becomes too dry, your body will just put out more oil to "correct" the problem. Good luck! Hope this helps.

  10. try jade tonic, i use that for ma face and it actually works

  11. I heard about using toothpaste (the white kind, not the gel kind), and it actually works pretty well. I think the baking soda dries up the pimples, you may want to try a baking soda paste.

  12. Well you can grind a couple of advil pills and mix them with water and then take a Q tip or cotton pad and rup it on the blemish. I am exactly the same, with the pimples only on the nose. It drives me insane but this really works. Also make sure to also wash your face with soap and water right after you wake up and right before you go to bed. It may seem like a hassle at first, but it's worth it. I hope this helped you!
