Pimples around lips?

I have this big and painful whitehead right on the bottom of my lip. It's really painful and I was just wondering what's the fastest way to get rid of it? And my mom thinks it's a cold sore because the past year I've been getting them once in a while and some have been right on my lip but this one is just on the edge. I don't think it's a cold sore because it looks like a white head.

I would try using tea tree oil (you can buy it at the Body Shop) to help it dry out. I once had a pimple below my lip near my chin that would not go away, and eventually I went to my family doctor and they used a freezing agent (like the same thing they use on warts) and it made it dry up and fall off. So, I suggest if things you apply to get rid of it don't work, go to see what your doctor can do about it.

DONT PICK AT IT OR EVEN TOUCH IT. if u have 2, wash your hands first and wrap a kleenex around your finger.

DON"T pop it because it will get bigger.

Use zit cream A LOT. as much as you can.

and wash your face.

remember do not pop it because it will get bigger and may scar and cause more.

never heard of this before, it doesn't sound like a cold sore but i'm not sure, sorry :( hope it heals soon
