Pimples behind ears?

my girlfriend has what looks like a pimple behind her ear and she thinks its ether a pimple, a bug bite, or a flea bit her. someone whos had this please answer? i've had pimples behind my ears and they were just pimples and i told her thats what they are and she said ask on answers so i am.

My mom has them and I have them.

Its a certain type of acne that not everyone gets.  It's hereditary.

They are a little painful, but even more painful to pop.  I just leave them alone, and make sure to wash behind your ears extra good!

maybe it is a sebaceous cyst. Theses cysts will fill with pus and grow pretty big. Watch her ear and if it grows, squeeze it out. The smell though is usually horrible.
