Pimples or wat in pubic hair section?

i dont know if there pimples or wat there purple some are bumps some

are just spots and some hurt when i touch them i dont know what it is

i never had s*x i do m********e daily someone please help

  1. It's probably ingrown hair..cannot tell for certain without pics or video. Go wash your hands.
