Pimples turn from redish color to darkish color?

theres 2 big pimples on my nose i never picked or popped them before but they turned from redish color to darkish color does this mean i will get scars from them?

yes, but only temporary scars. They'll fade in about 4-6 weeks. If they were really large, under-the-skin cystic pimples though, they may take anywhere from 3-6 months to completely fade , and MAY leave a slight permanent scar. My advice: continue to not pick at your pimples (Cuz that will increase ur chances of getting a permanent, larger scar), and wear sun protection - the sun will darken any pimples and may transform those pimples into scars and make them permanent. As well, to help accelerate healing, exfoliate the area daily with a gentle scrub containing alpha hydroxy acids to remove dead skin cells and help promote the renewal of new skin cells.

If it leaves a scar put some lemon juice on it so it will fade away or u can put it on right now.
