Pine table to be used outside?

how can i treat a internal pine table to be used outside/externally?

I'd put at least a couple coats of clear, exterior deck sealer on it to help protect it from the elements - even though pine is soft it can still be (and is) used outside.

Pine is a soft wood, I don't think it's a good idea.

seal it with waterproof and it will last you a few years. Is it under any cover or awning? Rain and sunlight are the death of untreated lumber
