Ping golf bag straps?

I'm looking to get a new golf bag and like the ping bags. i went to the store to check them out and i noticed when you carry the bag with straps the golf bag sits vertical. even on my friends ping bag it does the same. which i don't like. on the other brands the bag sits slanted more horizontally. i played with the straps at the store for a little bit but couldn't get the bag to sit horizontally. yeah i know it's kind of a weird question but was just curious because i'm looking to purchase a new bag. so can u adjust the straps to have the bag sit horizontal? thanks

It  does look a little funny but you can adjust them. These are some of the best walking bags. Very popular.
