Pink coveralls?

Buy white painter coveralls, and some pink Rit dye. Wash the coveralls several times. Then dye them according to the instructions on the package.

If you're worried about discoloring your washer, leave them soak in a bucket with the dye mixed in with a couple of gallons of hot water. Maybe pull them partially out every so often to see if they're pink enough.
