Pink room that needs to be sophisticated!

i have a pink room, and i was want it to look more sophisticated.

any ideas?

hi i have a pink room too and  I'm 45 years old.

what i did was buy a 4 poster bed in maple as the focal point. . around that i used all the furniture i already had. junky, mismatched pieces i painted fresh shiny black.

so now i had a 4 poster bed, pink walls, maple brown color pieces ,  and shiny black pieces of furniture.

Then i added "off white" (ecru)  and white bedding, very plain. "William and Mary" matelasse bedspeads looked very nice because they added a rough "off white" chunky texture to the whole thing. go to TJ maxx for cheap coverlets. the sheets have a large stark monogram in black.

then last, i repainted the trim in the room a fresh "white white" in shiny trim paint.

edited to add: i was going for a sort of georgian look, but , for you, maybe some loud black and white bedding to make it pop?
