Pink screen. Picture has started to turn pink. Up until a few days ago, color would normalize

Picture has started to turn pink. Up until a few days ago, color would normalize after 10-15 minutes, now appears to be a permanent feature. Is this an inexpensive fix considering the value of the tv or do I just look to buy a new one? Thanks.
