Pink/spot inflammatio on dogs muzzle???

my german shepherd has a little pinkish spot on one side of his muzzle, by the lip for about 3 weeks now, his hair seems to be kind of missing too on that spot, but it doesn't seem to bother him at all... anyone have any idea what it is?? its been almost 3 weeks now and hasn't gone away...... iv asked this before but i havent got more than one or two answers

If you use plastic food or water bowls, that may be the culprit.

It is difficult, and one might suggest, dangerous to diagnose online really.  So if you are concerned, I'd say you'd be best advised to have your vet check him out?

Well if you're asking it at the same time, that's probably why you aren't getting many answers.  Not a lot of people online right now.  I would suggest you call and ask the vet.  No one online can diagnose your dog.
