Pink spot/inflammation on dogs muzzle??

Question

my german shepherd has a little pinkish spot on one side of his muzzle, by the lip for about 3 weeks now, his hair seems to be kind of missing too on that spot, but it doesn't seem to bother him at all... anyone have any idea what it is?? its been almost 3 weeks now and hasn't gone away...... iv asked this before but i havent got more than one or two answers

He prolly got stung by something.

If  your pooch is a teenager in doggy years ....its probably puppy pimples and you can use bag balm or vaseline to treat the acne at least you wont have to cope with your pet listening to heavy metal death music and borrowing your last twenty bucks and your car keys.
