There are none now. In the yesteryears, there were Senators Lorenzo Tanada, Jose Diokno, Ninoy Aquino. And even Ferdinand Marcos, except for that Martial Law thing he did when he was president.

It took me a long time pondering & lingering on your question.

But I couldn't come up with anyone. If it was the worst, I would probably have given tons of politicians whom I see undeserving elected statesmen/women.
