Pioneer DEH-P3000IB problem.

I can't find SW (subwoofer) CONTROL using the MULTI-CONTROL (volume dial) in order to change the rear RCA output from a subwoofer signal to a full range signal. It is explained on page 26 of the Operation Manual but I can't find SW CONTROL to do what I need to do. Please help
