Pioneer dvd-rw dvr-k17 problem. I have VGN FZ290 (sony customized model notebook). Now the problem

I have VGN FZ290 (sony customized model notebook). Now the problem is that it show no dvd drive on MyComputer but shows yellow triangle on Device Manager as"YX3808M SVO066H SCSI CdRom Device".
OS is vista premium

Please assist how to fix the problem. The drive was working properly before
Thankyou in Advancei have a sony vgn-fe855e laptop and my dvd-rw drive won't show in my computer. the device manager shows pioneer dvd-rw dvr-k17 ata device with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point. what should i do? i tried reinstalling it but it keeps on telling me to contact the manufacturer.
