Pioneer premier 3000 watts?

would i need 2 amps rated at 1200 rms at 1 ohm to push 2 pioneer premier 3000 watt rated at 1000 rms a piece to get the full power out of both so it will blow my head off?

I guess pio will not handle 1000Watts, but you can have the amp to use your speakers with maximal performance.

You need a 2000W mono amp, Make sure it will work with the VC configuration on the subs.

Keep in mind if the subs have dual 2ohm coils, you can wire to 2ohm and  8ohm. If they are dual 4ohm you can wire to 4ohm and 1ohm.

It would be best to wire to 1ohm so as to save yourself some money.
