Pioneer radio help?

ok so i got a used pioneer radio from my friend and it worked in his car but when i put it into my car i went to put the cd in and the face doesnt unfold all teh way so that you can put the cd into the radio any suggestions?

you may have the the cd player in wrong or the wrong size face plate or maybe you just need a new cd player but the cd player is getting stuck by something stop by a near car audio shop they can help you im sure of that

It sounds like you may need to adjust how far forward/back the receiver is in your dash
