I don't think so, people are regarding it as a Trilogy at the moment. But you never know...

Also neither Keira Knightley, Johnny Depp nor Orlando Bloom are working on one at the moment, according to their IMDB profiles.

do you mean a pirates of the caribbean 4 movie?

well after the third one and at the end of the credits how it comes back ten yearslater and will is finally able to be free tha led everyone to believe there would and should be another movie but the creaters said no it was made to be a trilogy and there wouldn't be another film. and its been a year and 3 months since that movie came out and there is still no rumors of a 4th movie so i highly doubt there will be even thogh i think there should be or else they shouldn't have had any extra scene at the end of the credits. it should've just ended when the movie ended if they weren't going to make another movie.

I've seen Johnny Depp say in interviews that loves playing the part of Jack Sparrow and that he would be willing to making more movies. Various ideas for a fourth have been thrown about, but nothing concrete as yet. I think they want to rest it for a few years which is fair enough. I would love to see a fourth, as long as Depp is involved along with the director Gore Verbinski and the same writers (Elliot and Rossio) as the first three movies.

Well there is a hint at the end of the 3rd movie: the fountain of youth for the next adventure but looks like no one is working on it atm. I hope they will make one though, PotC is an awesome series.
