Pisces giving me mixed signals?

Question

Basically i think this pisces male is interested in me. He says things like ''you're important to me'' and ''i miss you so much'' etc, sometimes he hugs me and he smiles a lot at me. But other times it seems he doesn't make an effort to talk to me, like via msn or texting. He hasn't texted me in ages, and when we were both on msn he said he had to go do something (which wasn't important).

He is waiting for u Pisces are scared to be hurt and they never initiate a relationship he leaves this to the other partner so as to avoid being hurt if u care about him be frank about ur feelings by this way u will give him a chance to start sharing his feelings with u I'm female Pisces I usually do this u start and he will appreciate u so much.

haha, join the club. it's just the way the fish works. when he doesn't text or call it doesn't mean he loves/cares about you any less. it usually just means there are other things plaguing him, or that he's looking for you to make the effort so that he gets the reassurance that you feel the same, or he's giving you space to be independent (they like their partners to have their own interests etc outside of them). this is very, very, very, normal for pisces so get used to it.

he probably likes you.

I mean im female pisces and im usually really nice and stuff to everyone so sometimes people that like me may think i like them or whatever but im really just a nice person and thats how i treat everyone but if i like someone everyone will seem to know even if i try to hide it. they can tell by the look on my face and the way i act. idk so much as for the pisces male. but i think u should let him no your interseted somehow and im sure if he like you something will happen otherwise you will know he dont.
