Pitch and ditch method?

is this a solid method to go with?? pick um up while they start and then drop them the next day???

Yes but you shouldn't solely depend on this. I recommend at least 2 anchor pitchers that you can depend on day in and day out (in a 12 team league).

Works until the other teams tie up all the decent pitchers and you are left with xxxx. Works for wins and Ks, can kill you in saves, era and whip. If two out of five is good enough, go for it.

I found that you won't gain any ground in any of the categories except wins, and the occasional save.

"Pitch and ditch" is something of the last resort of the truly desperate, and there's not enough statistical evidence to suggest how effective it truly is.

I find it to be kind of unsporting, as it ties up players on waivers, and goes against the true art of building a team.
