Pittsburgh Penguins lost their last game. What does that mean for them? Any more games?

Penguins will win on Wednsday. they'll tie the series. but then Detroit will win game 3 and 4 on the road. then Pittsburgh will be desperet and win game 5 and 6 tieing the series 3-3 where Detroit finishes them off on Detroit's home ice!

I have a feeling that they'll come back and win at least 1-2 more games, but overall last night's victory was just what the Wings needed to keep them in the game and let them know that they can beat the Pens.   I'm predicting that the Wings will get it in 5-6 games, but the Pens are still going to put up one heck of a good fight.

They play at least three more. I hope they didn't learn a thing last night. The Red Wings put on a scary hockey clinic. This series could be over fast.

I haven't seen a team put together two periods like that against top tier opposition since the Montreal teams of the late 1970s, who had a similar mix of veterans, youth, and a quietly unheralded, even unpopular, goalie in Ken Dryden.

Right now it doesn't mean anything, except that they lost 1 game. Yes, they were schooled a little, but I expect them to play better next game (and I'm a Wings fan). Even if they lose game 2 it really doesn't mean anything because the expectation is that each team will win their respective home games. So they could go back to Pitt and win 2 and the series would be tied. You really can't say anything until at least 3 - 4 games have been played. Then if Pitt goes down 3 - 0, THEN you can hit the panic button!

What do you mean? Come on, if you are cheering for them you can't get discouraged so easily, it was one game. They can and will come back and thrash the red wings.
