The league strugglers, Ottawa Senators, played host to Pittsburgh Penguins at the Scotiabank Place this Tuesday.
The game saw Penguins looking to notch up points as they looked to move up the league standings while Senators are in the last position in the Eastern Conference and needed a win to come across some success in a disappointing season so far.

Penguins continued to attack and they scored thrice in the second period while Senators scored once.
Penguins scored once again in the final period to win the game by 5-1 in the end.
Tyler Kennedy, center of Penguins, was named the star of the game as he scored a goal and he came up with an assist.

Penguins, with the passage of time, managed to pile pressure on the opposing team and create scoring chances for themselves.
Penguins’ offence got better and better which enabled them to finally score in the 10th minute through Tyler Kennedy’s brilliant tip-in shot to get into the lead.
