Pixe view TV Tuner CArd

Question

I have AMD 2400+ CPU with Via Chipset Motherboard, 128 MB DDR RAM & 40 GB Hard disk Drive.
I Have Install PIXEL VIEW internal TV Tuner Card on my PC it works fine on my old PIII -700 Mhz cpu on Windows 98. But on Windows XP on my new pc it has following problems because of this I am unable to watch TV on my computer. I have tried it on another PC with windows XP but it has same problem on it.
