thanks for your solution the problem is I dont know where how to get the vista drivers to download. I have downloaded to cd some drivers which I thought might be the correct ones but contacted canon support 3 days ago and they havent got back to me I asked if the drivers canon M7107ENx canon drivers were correct, do you have any idea?
