What pizza/fast-food chain that sells pizza is the healthiest?

eg. Pizza Pizza, Dominoes, 2-4-1, Pizza Hut, etc.

  2. I work at pizza hut. Do not eat it!

    there is no healthy fast food pizza because of the dough and cheese. you are better of making your own with a whole wheat crust, low fat cheese and veggies of choice. you can also buy turkey pepperoni at most stores nowadays. It will be way healthier and you know that your food will be fresh.

  3. I  read once in a womens health magazine that Dominoes has far less calories than Pizza Hut.

  4. Your best option is to get a vegetarian pizza. I know Pizza Hut offers one, but their crust is way too greasy. Dominos has baked crust that isn't greasy and they have a good vegetarian pizza. You can even request it with out cheese as cheese can get very greasy. If you do get cheese, you can blot a lot of it out with a napkin.

  8. When eating out, nothing is healthy!!! I agree that vegetarian is good choice, or something with healthy veggies or fruits, but your best bet is to either make it yourself or don't eat it all. I know none of us can not eat it at all, so make it yourself! That way you can limit how much of something you put on the pizza, and plus, since you're making it yourself, you can choose healthy ingredients to use like whole wheat dough.

  10. Make your own. Most importantly... portion control. Just have a little bit, don't over indulge. If we name a healthier place and you eat more pizza there than you would at a less healthier place, that just cancels out...

    You can also try wrapping the pizza in napkins to remove all the oil first before you eat it
