Question:

Pizza menus in the Maryland, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas look the same?

Has anyone living in these areas noticed that all the Pizza shops in their towns have the same looking menu? All that changes on the menu is the name and address on the front. All the pictures of the food are just these "model" food pictures that don't ever look like the actual food you get from the place. Wouldn't a pizza shop do better business by putting pictures of their own food on their menus? Unless, their own food doesn't look too good. The menus I'm talking about usually say "PRINTED BY "THE COWBOY" somewhere on the menu.

  1. I live in York, PA (South Central part of the State). I know exactly what you're talking about. The only way to tell the difference between these places is by eating there yourself, or talking to someone else who has, provided they actually have good tastes in food. They all have literally, the same menu, but all vary extremely in the quality of their food. Price isn't even a good way to tell. It's kind of cool because my step dad used to sell restaurant supplies, like everything they use in restaurants except actual food. He sold stuff to tons of pizza shops and we always knew the inside scoop on all the places in York.
