I pray to Allah! We order pizza and two hours later my daughter, my wife, we all start throwing up everywhere. What kind of pizza are they trying to sell? They're talking about coupons! I'm going to take them to court!

  1. Yes! Take them!

    That pizza is clearly UNACCEPTABLE.

  2. Right on!

  3. They need to take care of you.  There´s probably nothing wrong with their pizza most of the time.  I´ve had some pretty nasty 'stomach flus' in my time.  Mostly caused by old food bought in good faith from restaurants.  It seems that many places that hire young workers don´t train them well in food prep and avoiding contamination and recognizing spoilage.  More than likely your meat had been sitting at room temperature for MUCH too long.

Demand that they refund your money, even try for double.  Refuse to ever order from that parlor again, tell them if you do not get satisfaction that you will bad mouth them all over town!

Don´t sue.  You won´t get enough to make it worth your while.  And don´t threaten to sue, as you might be pushed to do so.

  4. Food poisoning takes much longer to set in than 2 hours.  If you want to sue, get ready to lose.

The minimum amount of time is four hours.  Food poisoning usually takes around 12-18 hours until you feel any effects.  Does anyone know how to handle a problem without suing anymore?

  5. Why do people take things so seriously?

I guees they just don't  know King Mustard's sense of humor!

    So sad, so sad!!

    Sue the rat bast**d's!!!!

  6. Yup talk to an attorney, call city health department and file a report and call the better business bureau
