If u are a frequent holiday traveller its a better option, Because u are paying a lump sum amount in advance . U have to plan ur trip in advance atleast 15-45 days .. for availing the facility.  In case u are not planning  for trips every year its not advisible...

Pls note that food & Hotel Sevice charge & taxes  has to be born by you only..
