Can anyone tell me wht is the rate of top floor of EIFFEL TOWER !!

I take it you mean to ask how much it costs to go to the top. That would be 12.00 €.

Just do a search of the Eiffel Tower.  type that into your search window, and voilà!  you have all the information you can possibly use about the Eiffel Tower!

Anyway, what rate?  You must be more clear!
