  1. Visit a very good site like hoosta where you can find only unforgettable hotels. Some of them are very expensive but others are surprisingly good value. Especially in the category charm and tradition.

  5. I cannot remember the name of the hotel we stayed at, but we stayed for a few days and spent about $60 a night. It was a decent room - clean, staff was nice, not a bad location.....anyways, I suggest that you look on yahoo travel for hotels...and also, just do a search on the internet. Type in (for example) hotels deals paris......etc. That's how I found ours.

    Bonne chance!

  6. Le Citadine.  It's a residential hotel with an awesome view of La Defense and the city.  It's not too far from Le Tour Eiffel.  The last time I was there was '96, so you may want to make the the construction in that area hasn't taken it away.  At the time, it was only @ $100 (USD, back when the exchange rate was $1 = 5 francs. Sweet times, the ninties!) per night.  And you could go chill on the rooftop.  I watched many a sunrise there.  Have fun!
