  1. In Florida a B school is a school that didn't meet the criteria for A school.  It is mainly based on how well the students at that school did on the standardized testing (in Florida it's the FCAT).  A "B" school did ok on the test.  C was so so, D not so great, and an F means your school is "failing."  If a school fails two years in a row the state intervenes.
