    Napoleon gave the name to this place because the department des Vosges was the first to pay a tax.

    Victor Hugo lived in a house in this place.

  4. According to me, it's one of the best places to see in Paris, because one of the oldest gardens, in the heart of the Marais.

    The structure is unique and original, with 4 times 9 houses, and the king's house and just at the opposite the queen's house. (the king of France Louis XIII)
