Place for Drinks on a Monday in Chicago...?

A Co-worker and I are looking for some place fun to get some drinks next Monday night. Any suggestions on where there might be a good crowd.

We don't need a night club but we would like at least a loungey feel or something more than just a dive bar.

Go to cafe iberico (737 N La Salle--near Grand).  Great atmosphere, great sangria and great tapas.  Be sure to have the blood sausage and an Anis de Mono for me.
