Place for college students to go skiing/snowboarding during spreak break?

I'm a college student in Texas looking to find a cheap but decent place to go snowboarding with some of my friends. Any ideas?

Well it depends how far you want to go you could come to California and go to Mammoth, Big Bear, Mountain High, the list goes on. I agree though that u shud check out steamboat its killer.
