Dave and Busters took over mostly all Jillian's and there is a Dave & Buster's on 42nd street in Times Square. It used to be an arcade there called barcode. However Bowling is a Jillians thing so the only way you will find bowling in a dave and buster is if it used to be a jillian's. most dave and buster have a full arcade, billiards, shuffleboard and lots of bars.
