Place to take female date today in Los Angeles?

I need help with date. I dont go out anywhere that is not related to sports in someway. But I agreed to take her out for her birthday and I need ideas for today. Non sports related. Any suggestions?

It if were me, I'd love to visit Tommy's.  Or how about the Hometown Buffet.  I hear it's got real good home-style food.  I don't live in L.A., but that's what I would want to do as far as eating out on a date.   You can always take in a good move at the cinema before or after the meal.

If she likes sushi u should take her to geisha house, by the pantagis theater. it has amazing food, and its really romantic. or a litte more american, but still great, take her 2 a resteraunt called ketchup. its really good. hope that helps
