Placed and order, and forgot to use gift certificates?

i just placed an order on barnes and noble and forgot to use my gift certificates, so it charged the credit card account! anyone had a similar experience or know if they will let me redeem my gift certificates?

you could try contacting there customer service, but i doubt if they'll let you use it(they might), usually gift certificates need to be redeemed at the time of purchase. good luck/
