Placement in society please help?

Question

If money was no object list three things you would say to change the thinking of the lower class about their position in society.

please help i cant think of nothing

1) Free child care

2) Free birth control/health checks

3) Free centers with internet/gyms/counselors.

Giving good child care that is also educational.  Centers for mind and body with problem solving experts.

1) Jobs are available for all who want/need one

2) The only way to get money is to have a job or be in school or get unemployment checks (something you get from working). Minimum wage has raised high enough to be livable.

3) Can only be in school and be paid for it for 1-2 years (vocational school).

Reason for all of this is because it covers the basics of why they can't survive and makes them responsible for their own thing. I think if people think only the strong survive their will be less people needing welfare. The reason why is when I graduated college (AAS) a friend of a friend was on welfare with everything paid and had better medical than I did then and do now. This makes it so people have the attitude of "why try"? I have gone a lot further than her since then so it doesn't bother me anymore. But it really p*ssed me off then.
