Places hiring in Rochester, NY?

Question

Anyone know of some places hiring in Rochester, NY?? I have a B.S in Human Resource Management but no work experience in it since its hard to find a job in that field w/ no experience. Im working at a place now with no career path and I need someplace I can grow at. Any ideas??? (No paychex because I already worked there)
